Wanderlust Diary

Not quite the same as the local Halo halo famous here in the Philippines, Singapore has its own version of a cooling treat.   Though this is also a shared dessert treat famous also in Malaysia, anyone knows what ice kacang is!   It is mainly ice with jelly and beans served with different kinds of colorful syrups.

We bought a serving once in Food Republic in Sentosa because I couldn’t intro to my small brothers any fave dessert in Singapore.  Honestly, even after working here for almost a year, it was also my first time.

Though it’s nothing compared to Halo Halo (which I feel is the best! Razon’s hmmm), I still find it quite refreshing in a hot hot summer day in Singapore.   I also like Lychee drink (filled with ice shavings) at Kopitiam!
